I bought a webcam about 2 weeks ago so that I can go on Skype with my nephew, who lives in St. Croix. It gives us the opportunity to talk "face-to-face", which we haven't done in years. Since he hasn't met Micah yet, it gives him the opportunity to see Micah in action.
Many laptops nowadays have the webcam, but now with my new desktop, I'm realizing how many little gadgets I need to buy in order to get it up and running the same way. Luckily, the list is almost complete at this time.
Anyway...I just realized that the webcam has a camera function. Duh, right??!!
So here's a picture of Micah and I today. It's a little fuzzy but it may work on those days when I want to get a picture of both of us. It will be a rare occasion but I'll have to squeeze a few in.
